My oven kept turning off and days later would work again. I called SPE and the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. We made an appointment and Keith came out and fixed the problem temporarily. We checked the electrical panel box and found that wires and breakers were doubled up. Keith suggested that the microwave needed to be on a separate circuit all its own
Also, while he was there, we decided that upgrading the panel would be a good idea. I am SO happy that we made that decision. As Keith was pulling the wires from the ground they were sparking and burned. This could have started a fire and the house would have burned down.
Keith was clean, neat and on time and also very friendly and knowledgeable. A job well done. Thank you Southern Pacific Electric.
